Return to Lilac Hill--Short Stories

  Eben Spence
The Truth According to Maples,
and Reynard

Eben Spence is a variation on the theme of A Christmas Carol and every romantic novel I've ever enjoyed but set in a modern period. Sarah and Walt, John Lambert and others figure as minor characters.

The Truth According to Maples began as a dog-walking meditation, but Georgiana Ensky's voice came through and told a story that should satisfy readers who loved Jason Lambert despite his abrasive personality in Finding Home at Lilac Hill.

Reynard cycles back to "Eben Spence" and finishes the tale of Eben, Claire, her brother and the three boys. A touch of the paranormal, humor, and one horrific crime,  the scene begins in Lambertville, but the story delivers the reader back to Lilac Hill.
