The Portia Journal

The novel  experiments with a blend of journal and narrative and plays with spy games, international travel, and the author's a love affair with a little island in coastal North Carolina.
The plot is an adventure into the past of one troublesome girl on her way to adulthood.

Day One at Faulding's Excerpt

Many thanks to Amber for enthusiastic reading of the first draft while we were in Europe and Stephanie at Salt Water Media for formatting the second draft rewritten during Nanowrimo 2014 and edited during the snow break of 2015.
A few scenes from a writing journal I used while writing and revising The Portia Journal.
